Recently maintenance was completed in your apartment located at 172
Timberlake Circle.  Our records indicate the following was addressed: water from laundry ceiling. In order to maintain the high level of service we pride ourselves on and
you expect from our community, could you please reply to the following questions via email or phone at your earliest convenience?
* Were maintenance personnel courteous at all times? Yes, always!
* Was the work completed in a timely fashion? Yes, within 30 minutes
* Was the quality of work adequate?  Yes
* Was the apartment left in the proper condition?  They didn't need to
come into my apt.  The problem came from upstairs apt.
* Was a service report left in the apartment?  The technician gave it
to me.
* Is there anything else that we can do for you?  No, everything has
been taken care of.
!!!****I have only had to call for maintenance problems 3 times (air conditioner, wasps nest outside front door and leaking water) in the 1-1/2 years that I have lived here and each time the problem has been corrected amazingly fast.  The office staff as well as the maintenance technicians have ALWAYS been courteous and helpful.  ***!!!!!
