I want to thank you for the quick repairs to my cooking range. I want to say how pleased and impressed with the work ability and knowledge of the two technicians Eddie & Jason who did the repairs. Compared to the technicians that we here 6 months ago I want to say that Timberlake has improved 100%. We have been here for over 10 months and I see the improvement of the property and the care now taken to make the residents more like people and not just a rent check every month.

come into my apt. The problem came from upstairs apt.
* Was a service report left in the apartment? The technician gave it
to me.

!!!****I have only had to call for maintenance problems 3 times (air conditioner, wasps nest outside front door and leaking water) in the 1-1/2 years that I have lived here and each time the problem has been corrected amazingly fast. The office staff as well as the maintenance technicians have ALWAYS been courteous and helpful. ***!!!!!
